AIRR is owned and operated by a 14-year army veteran and schoolteacher who observed firsthand the social issues that stood in the way of student success. Issues such as hunger, adverse conditions at home that prevented access to healthy outlets for students, and overuse of technology that impacted their self-image and reduced their drive were among the chief complaints.

AIRR grew out of my sincere desire to impact kids in a meaningful way that will go beyond a pat on the back and instead imbue them with the confidence and satisfaction they will undoubtedly gain from participation in the farm's programs. Fresh air and a healthy diet are two simple changes that will produce monumental improvements which will translate easily to academic growth and success.
