Issues like hunger, limited access to healthy outlets, and overuse of technology were among the chief concerns. It was clear that a positive change was needed, and Asé Iya Root Ranch was born.

Asé Iya Root Ranch is a non-profit organization with a mission to provide academic and social assistance to students aged 10–18 who are identified as "at risk" for not graduating. Our educational farm serves as a sanctuary from the pressures of technology, offering students the chance to connect with nature, animals, and valuable life skills. From practical gardening instruction to reading remediation, homework assistance, animal husbandry, and food preparation, we empower students to take ownership of their education while promoting a healthier lifestyle.
